Prices are expressed individually. We do not offer discounts for student, children, disabled or senior citizens

During the order process you may choose to pick-up the ticket(s) in person during the week prior to the event at no additional cost, or pay for delivery service to have the tickets shipped to you.

Is prohibited the use of Formula 1 tickets in promotional activities without the express consent of the promoters of the event

 

 

 

Orders with payment by Credit Card
.
Upon receiving your order, we will process the credit card provided. Once your card has been processed, you will be notified with a confirmation by email.

This confirmation is subject to authorization of your credit card.

 

 

 

Orders with payment by Bank Transfer

.

Upon receiving your order, an invoice containing banking details and instructions will be sent directly to your e-mail address.

The non payment of this invoice within the time specified will result in the cancellation of your order.

 

 

 

Shipping of your order
.
The tickets will be sent to the shipping address provided during the order process. The shipping of all tickets for the Brazilian Grand Prix begin one month prior to the event as the tickets are not printed earlier in order to avoid counterfeiting.
 

 

 

Be Careful with your Tickets
.
The tickets for the event contain a magnetic stripe. After receiving the tickets, handle them safely; store them in a safe place, away from the heat, humidity, sun light and electronic or magnetic objects. The Brazilian Grand Prix will NOT replace or provide additional tickets if they are, lost, stolen or damaged, they are entire responsibility of the client.
 

 

 

Canceling your order
.
If you desire to cancel your order, the due date for this transaction is August 30, 2010. After this date, all sales are final and cancelations are not permitted. In order to cancel your order, visit our website www.gpbrasil.com and send us an email on the link "Contact Us". Please make sure to include your order number.

For purchases made by bank transfer, you must inform in the e-mail your banking instructions. A processing and administrative fee of 20% (twenty percent) applies and the remainder will be transferred into your account.

For purchases made by credit cards, upon receiving your cancelation request, you will receive information on how to process the refund by email. A processing and administrative fee of 20% (twenty percent) applies and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card.

If your request is already in process of delivery it can not be canceled even if the cancelation request is made prior to August 30, 2010.
