Availability

All orders placed are confirmed according to availability. If a ticket ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to exchange for a ticket of a similar category or refund you the amount paid. |

Shipping
|

Tickets are usually printed/shipped within thirty days preceding the race date and will be delivered to the address specified in your order. |

Delivery
|

All orders are delivered via Mail / Courrier / FedEx. The delivery service is selected based upon your location. |

Change of Address
|
|

The client should notify us via email about any change of address, further we are not responsible for issues that may arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided. Please verify your address and make sure there is someone available to receive the mail. If shipments are returned, additional delivery fees may be charged. |

Prices

All prices indicated are for individual purchases and include, management fees, taxes and surcharges. Travel packages are based on double occupancy, for single occupancy "single supplement" fees apply (Available on our website). Shipping charges may vary according to destination. |

The methods of payment are indicated during the ordering process. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners. In addition to local and international bank transfers. The purchase is confirmed upon authorization from the credit card provider or receiving the bank transfer. Non payment will result in cancellation of the order. |

The F1 name and tickets may not be used in connection with marketing or promotion unless properly authorized by Formula One Group. |

Cancellations/Exchanges
|

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges. In addition we do not provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets therefore being the sole responsibility of the client. |
